HOTEL INFORMATION / RESERVATIONS
The Physician Advisor and UR Team Boot Camp does not contract with any third party organization to make hotel reservations for attendees of the Congress. All attendees should make their hotel reservations directly with the hotel and not with a third party vendor.
The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point is the official hotel for the Fifth Physician Advisor and UR Team Boot Camp.
A special group-rate of $179.00 single/double per night plus taxes has been arranged for Boot Camp Attendees.

You may also make your reservation by calling Central Reservations at 1-888-421-1442. Please request the special group-rate for Physician Advisor & UR Team Boot Camp at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point.
Reservations at the group rate will be accepted while rooms are available or until the cut-off date of Wednesday, June 28, 2017. After this, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate.

TRAVEL TO/FROM SOUTHWEST FLORIDA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (RSW) AND HYATT REGENCY COCONUT POINT IN BONITA SPRINGS, FLORIDA
The closest airport is Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers. It's about a 25 minute drive. The hotel does not provide airport shuttles.
Travel options:
- Taxi: MBA Airport Transportation is the provider of taxi service at RSW Airport. No reservations are required as cabs are readily available outside the airport terminals. The cost of a taxi is approximately $35 for up to three passengers (add $10 for each person over three). If you require an ADA lift-equipped vehicle, you may make an advanced reservation, but it is not required. Contact MBA Airport Transportation at www.mbaairport.com or 239-482-2777.
- LP Transportation: Provides transportation service to/from hotel that can be arranged in advance. The cost varies per vehicle: sedan costs $48 each way for up to 3 passengers; mini-van service costs $65 for up to 5 passengers; SUV costs $75 for up to 6 passengers.
